Costco International Depot
We developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for Costco International Depot to enhance operational efficiency. The MVP covered key scenarios such as Outbound Operations, Inbound Operations, Warehouse Management, Enterprise Inventory, and System Management. Our role was to lay the foundation and create initial interfaces to initiate development and streamline processes.

Process Flow Design
To support the depot staff, we mapped out the critical user flows for the entire logistics cycle: from appointment creation and load verification to internal item management and final shipment.
Alongside the desktop depot management application, we designed the user experience and interface for Costco's handheld Zebra barcode scanners, which operate on Android OS. These devices are essential for inventory management and warehouse operations. Our design aimed to create an intuitive and efficient interface for tasks like scanning, tracking, and updating inventory, enabling staff to work quickly and accurately, thereby boosting productivity.
To ensure Costco's small internal design team could maintain and expand the system without much assistance, we created a set of reusable design components. These components and the various process flows were thoroughly documented, detailing interactions and behaviors. This documentation provided clear guidelines and examples, enabling Costco's team to carry the system forward independently and efficiently.
